General Terms

  • Prices on commissions sheet are baseline and are subject based on detail.

  • Prices are based for personal commissions only and do not reflect prices for commercial use.

  • My artwork is never to be used for AI training or NFTs. Do not commission me if your intent is to use my artwork for AI training and NFTs.

  • Timeline is based on type of commission and complexity. You will be contacted about updates. I will give you 24 hours to respond with any changes. If I do not hear from you within those 24 hours, I will assume that you are approving of how the commission looks and continue on with the artwork.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is to be payed up front.

  • Payment is through Paypal and Ko-Fi

  • Do not send any payment before I have agreed to do your commission.

  • Prices are in $USD.

Copyright Terms

  • I, Ryan of Quarreling Illustrations, retain all rights to the produced artwork, not the buyer. This allows me to use the artwork in ways including but not limited to: Promote myself on social media; display it on my website, social media, portfolio, ect; use it in promotional material such as booth banner, business card, postcards, ect. If you wish to keep your commission private, you will need to inform me during the initial process on the Google Form.

  • The buyer is allowed to use the commission for personal use (post on social media platforms, forums, discord as long as I am credited; claim any original characters that you have asked me to draw that belong to you but not the artwork.

  • The buyer is not allowed to: Reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes, claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature, or alter the artwork without my consent.

Refunds/Cancellations

  • There will be no refund after the commission is started.

  • I will not accept payment until I am ready to start the commission.

  • You may cancel your commission free of charge before you pay.

  • If you start a chargeback for the commission, you lose all rights to the commission and I will be using the commission to profit from it in any way I see fit. I will decline all chargebacks and provide all details and evidence. I will inform other artists I know to avoid taking commissions from you in the future.
